Marine Education Development (Marine Ed.) offers funding to support Marine Science education and awareness in the form of grants for research and educational programming. Grants for primary and secondary educational institutions are currently only available for grades 3 through 12.

A completed grant request form is required for each school classroom or organization. If awarded a grant, a grant report form must be submitted to Marine Ed. within one month of completing the funded project/program. Additional grant requests will not be considered until a grant report form is received and approved.

In addition to the Grant Report Form, Marine Ed. encourages organizations to include additional documentation in the form of photographs, sample writings or diagrams to elaborate on the outcome of your funded project.
